Job Responsibilities:
To maintain daily cash flow and record daily expenses in soft as wellas hard files.
To prepare quotations and send them .
Generate leads and follow up of leads and quotations.
Prepare invoices at time and ensure collections of cash at mention time.
Social media posting.
Attendance maintenance, book keeping, Voucher making and keeping records of vouchers.
Preparing ledger, monthly summary etc
