Support the Site Study coordinator in performing re-training of Site staff as required.
Ensuring that patient, drugs and data management is performed according to locally established procedures and study protocol/SOPs/guidelines at the trial sites.
Reviewing Worksheets and other trial documents to ensure process consistency and adequacy of processes and instruments used for data collection.
Performing Quality Assurance (QA) activities as detailed in the Site Quality management plan (review of paitent files, monitoring in the TB laboratory, Monitiring in the Phmaracy, Review of ISF and CIF).
Ensuring data quality is of a high standard (i.e. performing source data verification in data entered in Open Clinica).
Verifying the Informed consent process is performed accurately.
Verifying that the Informed Consent Forms are complete, dated, and signed by the study personnel who obtained informed consent and the patient, and, if applicable, the parent, guardian, or legal representative.
Verifying that consent withdrawals have been properly documented
Verifying that protocol deviations are properly documented and defined corrective/preventive actions implemented.
Performing investigational product accountability.
Reviewing and monitor the Investigator Site File and Central Investigator File content regularly.
Supporting the external monitor during the monitoring visits.
Assisting with additional tasks as agreed upon with study management.
Attending regular meetings with the endTB trial team.
