 Conduct tool box talk, Safety Induction and awareness sessions.
 Organizing meetings to carryout risk assessment, job safety analysis and environmental assessment for site
activities.
 Coordinate with client and consultant and conduct safety walks on the project for improvements.
 Monitor and ensure the safe system of work being implemented at site.
 Special execution and Specific safety plan to prevent personals and property from damage.
 Assist Emergency rescue team to conduct emergency response drills and maintain records.
 Ensure compliance to legal requirements.
 Ensure and monitor the safety requirements are met at construction sites as per approved HSE plan.
 Ensuring the work permit system and safe work plan before starting the work.
 Site traffic control measures monitoring at mining site.
 Scaffold safety requirements and ensuring certified and competent scaffold team for the erection,
modification and dismantling.
 Investigating accidents/incidents/Near-misses and danger occurrences, reporting and briefing to
management for revising plans to avoid any reoccurrences.
 Ensure that first aid facility, fire-fighting appliances and other such devices are maintained, updated and
validated according to standards &maintain records of the same.
 Ensure all lifting gears, mobile plants and other vehicles possess valid legal documents and test certificates
as per the requirement.
 Prepare daily, weekly and monthly HSE statistics reports, analyse and initiate corrective and preventive
measures and maintain records.
 Ensure that construction activities are being performed as per approved work notifications, Method
Statement and Risk Assessments.
 Perform Accident or Incident Investigations.
 Observe work in progress and assure safety equipment is worn and procedures followed.
 Suggest for corrections and follow-up to correct violations.
