AUTOMATIC SORTING & PLACING ALL OBJECTS ON CONVEYOR USING WEIGHT TECHNIQUE

The proposed automatic sorting system is based upon weight technique can be achieved by using load cell. The prototype of the project contains pusher, actuator, and main frame and load cell platform. Mechanical implementation is very much involved in this project. Without a proper mechanical structure, the accurate controlling and sorting cannot be achieved. PLC and HMI are involved in this project for automatic controlling and monitoring for that software programming is also involved. Proposed phases of the project are completed and working successfully. Primary results have been achieved, In order to achieve the secondary results; the load cell has been installed and calibrated carefully with the connection of programmable logic controller (PLC). Hence the weight is applied and it is measured accurately by the load cell, precisely pushed by the pushers (over or under weight) in the respective and if object weight is equal to defined weight then both pushers remain off(over or under weight) and objects sorted in chamber through conveyor belt.
