ACCOUNTING SUPERVISION AND PAYABLE MANAGEMENT
1- Assist and supervise posting of Payable JVs, Bills, BPVs and CPVs in ERP
2- Ensuring all accruals and prepayments are recorded in general ledger
3- Verifying Goods inward pass, Goods received Note, weight slip & supporting documents received from factory for processing payment
4- Liaison with internal as well as external auditors
TAX COMPLIANCE
1- Reviews of tax laws, timely adaptation of various tax amendments in tax laws
2- Compliance and follow up of show cause notices issued by FBR, by providing backup support, information/documents to Tax Consultants to help them out in pleading the cases.
3- Checking vouchers to make sure the compliance under sales tax withholding rules and Income Tax law as per Statutory Compliance / Regulations.
4- Assist in E-filling of Monthly & Annual Tax Returns
