Have been the trainer for the first ever Dark Restaurant of Pakistan. Where visual impaired were trained to serve the food in the restaurant.
Responsible for helping Call Center Manager to ensure profitability and high level of customer service to all customers. Had a great opportunity of managing a Call Center having 2 different campaigns (Pizza Hut and Burger King) and manning of 100+ CSRs. During my services, I also worked on the development of Order Management System (OMS) in order to make it compatible with JAWS for the induction of Visual Impaired CSR at our center. I have also trained the Visual Impaired CSR and have played a key role in enhancing their performance and making them easily compete with other CSRs. I have also been the Lead Trainer for the Call Center.
Duties:
• Increase sales by ensuring guest satisfaction and delivering high level of hospitality.
• Actively involved in telemarketing and promoting the business.
• Training the team members regarding product and customer service.
• Conducting refresher training sessions of the team in order to ensure better and improved level of service.
• Dealing with and responding to customer complaints, and always ensuring that customer leaves satisfied.
