Develop and execute sales Plans and programs, both short and long term, to ensure profit, growth and expansion of business. Develop and modify coverage plan in consultation with RSM, to ensure high quality service and adequate coverage by the sales force. Review previous periods sales performance of various markets in the region and prepare reports for immediate manager. Review Market Visits schedules of sales force and suggest necessary Guidelines. Conduct periodic sales meetings to assess adequacy of sales plans and other operational issues with Sales Officer. Visit the market place, to determine the work ethics of sales force and check service standards product availability, market development etc. on a Weekly Basis. Review and ensure coordination of order delivery to the market place, through the sales force. Ensure collection/recovery of payments as per the SOPs. Monitor and organize inventory while effectively tracking new services and products for sale. Assisting with the management of daily operational activities.

Monitor site performances and propose continuous improvements along key metrics such as traffic, customer acquisition & retention, conversion, order value, returns and cancellations. Coordinate the weekly and seasonal product upload schedule ensuring that all products are correctly displayed onsite. Leads successful implementation of Hero Image and Naming Convention Plan.
