Generate and issue invoices to clients for services or products rendered.
Ensure that all invoices are accurate and reflect the agreed-upon terms.
Prepare regular reports on billing activities, outstanding invoices, and revenue collections. Provide insights and recommendations based on these reports.
Draft contract, preparing Purchase orders
Keep track of goods from dispatch to delivery and keep the line manager updated.
Forecasting of Inventory.
Work closely with supply chain management, procurement, logistics, and finance teams to ensure alignment between financial and operational objectives. Coordinate with finance for reconciliation of vendor/supplier ledger.
Compliance with Taxes and tariffs & assist return filling.
Assist in the working of EFS.

Assist manager supply chain in planning and implementing strategy.
Create supply & operation management strategies that increase efficiency and speed.
Preparing RFI’s, RFQ’s, and RFP’s and executing purchase order
Coordinate with vendors regarding planned procurement orders, verify delivery challan, review vendor claims for accuracy, and ensure the receipt of purchase orders.
Follow up with customers, Team and vendors confirmation of timely delivery.
Control manufacturing and delivery processes in coordination with the S-C manager.
Collaborate with the Finance team regarding invoices and payments, ensuring their timely submission under established timelines.
Compliance with Taxes and Tariffs. 

Preparing RFI’s, RFQ’s, and RFP’s and executing purchase orders.
Negotiate price discounts and possible savings on procurement of goods and services.
Develop and implement supply chain strategies and initiatives to optimize efficiency and cost effectiveness.
Oversee the procurement process, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships.
Manages inventory, including the physical movements of inventory between multiple shipping locations.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to supply chain operations.
Manage and optimize transportation and distribution networks to minimize costs and maximize customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal departments.
Coordinate with the Finance team regarding invoices and payment

Command on registration of Sales tax, income tax & other related matters.
File multiple clients Sales tax & Income tax return filling.
Withholding summary filling.
Create GST, income tax & withholding challan.
Prepare accounts books of multiple clients.
