• Looking after of legal affairs, EOBI, PESSI, Labour Department and other Govt. departments.
• Payroll & Other HR Responsibilities.
• Dealing all matter of transportation.(Rental & Factory)
• Filing of bills and admin related documents.
• Giving guide lines to the admin assistants.
• Solving the problems faced by the admin assistants.
• Checking the registers, IGP, OGP and Gate office.
• Solving the front desk issues if any.
• Managing motor transport of the company effectively and efficiently. (Driving SOPs, Maintenance & log sheets).
• Maintaining Canteen, Mess and Colony.(in house & Rental)
• Developing a profitable relation with suppliers.
• Keeping a check on all office provisions such as stationary Grocery and office Supplies are adequately stocked.
• Building effective relation with surveyors/agents to review insurance cover on a periodic basis.
• Keeping a check on housekeeping.
• Assigning duties of drivers as per operational needs of the company.
• Supervise employee safety, welfare, wellness, listen and resolve daily employee issues and implementation the company policies.
• Responsible for compliance certification and implementation of (SEDEX, BSCI, PRIMARK,) standards.
• Establishing, maintaining, update and implement SOPs for visitors intending to visit company premises for business purposes.
