· Managing the Secure Power Channel Partner Program focused on registering new Resellers and strengthening the Reseller PAM in Pakistan & Afghanistan.
· Driving the growth for both partners and Schneider Electric by managing the marketing plans and Channel programs (key focus on the revenue generation, growth plan & rewards programs).
· Ensure Sales target achievements with distribution & Channel Resellers.
· Support to channel Partner & Distributors with communication to relevant teams against end –end sales process till order delivery.
· Identifying customer needs for offers & services and establishing the co-marketing strategies with our Distributor teams to meet the customer’s business requirements.
· Working closely with Strategic marketing to identify & action the channel priorities and key campaign.
· Working on digital marketing plans with internal marcoms and with partners for campaigns and product launches.
· Developing and localizing marketing content for our partners and distributors (content development and optimization for HNB, SMB & Enterprise partners, local channel teams etc.)
· Providing guidance to internal creative teams and 3rd party agency to successfully create and deploy marketing assets & content (Direct mailers, brochures, flyers, event invitations, promotions, any other special requests etc.)
· Working closely with all aspects of the business to gather and report on products and channel insights. Actively promote and develop the APC Channel Partner Program & iRewards model and its benefits.
• Building brand awareness by developing and executing marketing campaigns, developing relations with famous architects and facilitating walk-in customers.
• Maintaining sales target by targeting potential markets and developing relations with construction companies whilst maintaining company’s distribution network.
• Maintaining profit during the period of intense competition which placed a negative effect on the price and margins by maintaining relations with customers and giving consistent quality products.
• Media coverage of events held in over 1300 campuses of Punjab Group of Colleges all over Pakistan. Planning, developing and executing campaigns to highlight and differentiate the brand of existing and upcoming projects in Pakistan.
• Designing and developing of PGC annual prospectus from pictures, setting layout and highlighting the Institute’s key strengths.
• Assisting in electronic promotional activities that included TVC’s and social media by providing ideas and suitable media including picture and video clips.
• Conducted research to identify new opportunities for bringing innovation in events by searching and evaluating suitable venues, themes and ideas keeping in mind the budget constraints.
