Preparation of quarterly management accounts. Advising clients in managing their expenses effectively.
Preparing VAT Returns for our UK based clients.
Matching opening and closing trail balances for preparation of final Accounts.
Preparing of Statutory accounts on Excel and IRIS.
Preparing Fixed assets reconciliations.
Using clearbooks, IRIS and VT as a medium maintaining online book keeping for our clients i.e. Bank receipts and payments, Journal vouchers, purchase vouchers, dividends, and monthly expenses.
Bank Reconciliation and Bank Statement analysis for different types of expenses and incomes.
Preparation of payroll journals and PAYE (pay as you earn) for our client’s employees.
Invoicing clients for different services provided to them.
Advising clients on how to manage their personal incomes and dividends from their companies to use their Basic Rate Band for income tax in most effective way.
Helping our clients in preparing their Personal Tax calculations (contributing towards effective ways of utilizing their annual allowance.)

Submission of RTI
Supervising the applications for VAT/PAYE for clients at HMRC.
