I am responsible for Continuous Professional Development (CPD) of NUMS’ administrative employees. I supervise NUMS Scholarships and am a part of core policy making team. My key projects and my achievements include.
· Planned, designed and executed the University Management Trainee Program as Project Director. Out of 40 trainees 36 were hired as Assistant Managers at NUMS.
· Created Employment Service Structure for NUMS’ Administrative Cadre that includes an Annual Performance Management System along with comprehensive promotion policy.
· Initiated and lead NUMS’ Financial Aid Office
· Wrote Professional Development Policy for NUMS employees
· Drafted NUMS Endowment Regulations
· Core team member for establishment of NUMS Center for Lifelong Learning (NCL) for professional development of NUMS faculty and administrative staff and will be commercialized in coming years.

· Designed system architecture for emergency response system to aid midwives in connecting with on-duty doctors in an emergency situation.
· Designated Project Manager from UM Healthcare Trust for Health Education Literacy Project (HELP) for Women (a project by National Rural Development Program).
· Managed to issue a monthly newsletter.
· Designed and supervised the donation campaign.
