❖ Direct and Supervise Site Engineer, Site Inspectors and Site Supervisors in their daily duties and
instruct them as and when required
❖ Site Supervision, ensuring the quality and quantity of work being executed.
❖ Checking IPC, shop drawing of the proposed work.
❖ Kept up to date record of the project and progress of work as well
❖ Prepare daily Progress reports, Periodic Photographic Progress reports
❖ Checked Interim Payment Certificates, Laboratory testing reports with respect to
AASHTO/ASTM Standards.
