概要

Managed and handled several projects around the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Pakistan for the MEP works and Hvac installations. A good hands on start- up & commissioning , Air Balancing works as well.
Hands on start-up and commissioning of the chilled/hot water pumps, fire pumps etc.
Involved in the project study, checking and reviewing of the project drawings, production sheets for the production of ducts and MEP works material requisitions take off from approved drawings.
Minimized the project costs by preparing technical proposals and feasibility studies.
Guidance to the site execution works including: draughtboard, foreman and supervisors for the running projects and upcoming projects.
Involved in the erection activities including: equipment installation, fabrications and erection of the piping systems and preparation of the punch lists to ensure maximum quality.
Recommended and implemented changes for the improvement of the execution works at site.
Coordinated with the procurement department to arrange spares/consumables in time to cope with the execution schedule demands.
Prepared the inspection schedules and supported the condition monitoring of the critical and non-critical tasks.
