Studying lube oil formulation, additives advancements, & technical specifications and provide technical support to sales team according to customers need and lubrication issues.

-Strategic Planning
Developing business plans, sales process, and strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.

-Sales Management
Implementing spin selling principles and actively promoting brand awareness that accelerates growth in sales revenue.

-Key Account Management
Managing the key accounts not by just selling them products but also by
providing the solutions for their problems, thus building relationship to maximize mutual value and achieve mutually beneficial goals.

-Optimizing
Design performance and cost analysis for our products with competitors product.

-Customer Relationship Management
Manage the B2B sales activities using CRM- Customer
Relationship Management System. Categorizing the Key Accounts and Standard Accounts, thus managing leads, contacts and deals in pipeline.

-Training & Development
Conduct In-House Training sessions for customers and employees, providing education on Lubricant basics, their applications, storage & handling.

It was a two month internship in R&D department. Worked on four projects related to product development. It was a good working experience, a good working environment helped me enhance my skills.

Overviewed the whole process of Combined Cycle Power Plant including Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine, Boiler, Cooling Towers, Water treatment plant, Furnace oil treatment plant, Reverse Osmosis plant. Got acquainted with different components like Turbines, Boilers, Pumps, Heat Exchangers, Condensers, Feed Water Tank.
