Ø Assisting in aligning interviews from addressing applicants and assisting them by getting the Application forms filled and connecting them with the concerned departments head, team lead.Ø Conducting candidate assessment depending on the profiles on Google forms.Ø Preparing Onboarding stuff for New Hires and connecting them with the Assistant Training Manager.Ø Gathering Mandatory Documents from the New hires and attaching them with their files.Ø Handing over the letter of Appointment to the New hires, PF – Form, taking their initials on Work from Office Policy and Social Media Policy.Ø With ability to maintain confidentiality, initiating HR audit after complete documentation coordinating with Assistant Manager HR, HR Generalist, by scanning them, renaming them in a designated format and conclusively bulk uploading them on the HR Portal which is personally monitored by the Chief Operating Officer thus concluding the Employee Life Cycle Process.Ø Distributed Medical Insurance cards to the existing personnel’s and calling those working from Home under the directive VP HR to come and collect and asking for their initials on an undertaking and updating them on Excel Sheets.Ø Assisting VP HR in conducting Exit Interviews, coordinating with TH Assistant Manager Finance and Accounts especially for Ex-Employees whose FNF (Full and Final Settlement) has been prepared, from handing them Exit Interview Form and asking them to fill, by handing them Pay Orders and Taking their Thumb Impression on FnF Settlement along with their Initials, issuing them their Pay Order and Experience Letter, and Connecting them with the VP HR which is conducted by recording them via Web cam.Ø Coordinating with Assistant Manager Finance & Accounts in providing the correct and details of Employees whose Pay Orders has to be generated.Ø Handing over the Pay Orders for the New Hires and taking their Thumb Impression and Signatures under the directives of Assistant Manager –
