I am a hard working development professional with 7 years of experience in project/program management, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, planning & reporting, operations management, event management, team building, advocacy and linkages development, relationship building, data analysis & research, logical framework analysis and M&E frameworks, research on employee motivation and engagement, reconstruction after crisis and disaster, population & mobility and familiar with all MS application.
My personal interest, higher qualification and working experience encouraging me to apply for this post. In this field, I consulted some of my seniors ex-employees. MERF is implementing UNICEF funded project titled “Social Mobilization & community outreach activities to promote routine/essential immunization in 15 districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa” from 1st July, 2021 to 31st March, 2022. The aim of the project is to identify and strengthen the existing community based entities and will engage them with stakeholder engaged in immunization at both union councils and district level for effective community engagement and community mobilization in order to enable the communities to increase demand for immunization services in target districts. MERF will develop evidence/ based plans for each target union council focusing on gender equality, heath system strengthening and capacity building in order to create convergence for enhancement vaccination coverage. Organization will also disseminate key messages on COVID-19 preventative measures and SOPs during ACSM interventions.
Roles & responsibilities
• Conduct data management – planning, collecting, reviewing, providing feedback, maintaining error-free data and reporting data with high quality in a timely manner.
• Review and develop appropriate formats, data collection tools and systems for monitoring, evaluating in the project, assuring quality and managing data according to internal and international standards.
· Conduct data quality assessments, audits’ and support relevant teams in improved data management practices.
· Support the Project Manager to implement the MEAL plan and ensure real time analytics to guide the quality of the programme and implementation.
· Conduct field visits to validate data and monitor the project activities and events.
The FCDO ‘Delivering Accelerated Family Planning in Pakistan (DAFPAK) Lot 2 Public Sector Service Delivery’ is a part of the DAFPAK programme funded by the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO). The 3.5-year programme aims to increase access to family planning services; and improve quality of client-centred services such that more women, including adolescents can safely plan their pregnancies and improve their sexual reproductive health. The expected outcome for the programme is 11.9 million CYPs generated by expanded access to FP services; 55,000 additional users of family planning and an increase in modern CPR from 26.1 at the baseline to 33.9. Palladium and its consortium partners, Pathfinder, the Family Planning Association of Pakistan (FPAP), IPAS and Aahung will strengthen the quality-of-service provision in the public sector (across 30+ districts in three provinces Punjab, Sindh and KPK) Roles & responsibilities Gather data on the standardized tools, based on the Pub-SSD information needs, from facility and community-based providers either from the existing government data management systems or gathering additional dataset per project needs. Responsible to gather and retrieve family planning related dataset from the government existing management information systems. Work closely with the Pub-SDD project officers and ensure that relevant dataset is collated whilst the project officers and technical team members implement program interventions in the target districts. Compile the collated dataset for different activities in the project databases and management information system in timely manner and per the set deadlines. Conduct periodic data quality spot checks based on the standardized tools in close collaboration with provincial M&E coordinators Assist in conducting qualitative and quantitative assessment in the Pub-SSD project districts. Establish good working relationship with district health and PWD counterparts.
The Integrated Health System Strengthening (IHSS-SD) Activity project is led by the JSI Research & Training Institute, Inc. (JSI) with the consortium partners: Rural Support Programmes Network (RPSN and its partner SRSP), JHPIEGO and Contech International. The overarching support to KP will be for integrated health systems strengthening to build KP's resilient health system based on innovations and experiential learning from USAID's MCH Program in Sindh. The service delivery support to strengthen capacity to deliver integrated, quality and equitable health services will be implemented and demonstrated in four districts of Charsadda, Mohmand, Lakki Marwat and Swat. The service delivery model will encompass the health system strengthening (HSS) district package, and implementation of the Minimum Health Service Delivery Package (MHSDP), including innovative, best-practices for each of the technical areas. RSPN through SRSP will implement the community component during May 2019 till May 2020. Its activities include: a) social mobilization with men and women on maternal, neonatal and child health care and infectious diseases; b) awareness-raising among the primary school children on water, sanitation and hygiene; c) raising of community voice in the District Health & Population Management Team (DHPMT) quarterly meetings for improved service delivery at the community level; d) Plan, operate and manage the Mobile Health Service Unit (MSHU) camps in the target districts to provide health services of MNCH services.
