Job Responsibilities:
Support to Manager and Clients. Clients (ADCO, NDC and GASCO)
• Design Broachers, Leaflets, Calendar, Boards, Social Media Campaign and all other graphic related work.
• Schedule times and modes of transportation for materials.
• Examine freight to determine loading sequences.
• Co-ordinate with drivers, crane operators and riggers in timely loading and unloading of the trucks.
• Co-ordinate with clients to know the requirements of call out basis trucks.
• Prepare report on extra trips and raise invoices.
• Assess training needs of staff; then arrange for or provide appropriate instruction.
• Collaborate with workers and managers to solve work-related problems.
• Conduct staff meetings to relay general information or to address specific topics such as safety.
• Evaluate employee performance, and prepare performance appraisals.
• Plan work schedules and assign duties to maintain adequate staffing levels, to ensure that activities are performed effectively, and to respond to fluctuating workloads.
• Prepare and maintain work records and reports that include information such as employee time and wages, daily receipts, and inspection results.
• Review work throughout the work process and at completion, in order to ensure that it has been performed properly. Transmit and explain work orders to laborers. Prepare trip sheets on daily basis.
