I was hired as an intern at Sapphire Textile Mills for a period of one month as mentioned above. The Human Resource department deployed me into Procurement department for two weeks. It was during this time when i learned the skills of working at ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) . I was moved to yarn marketing department where i stayed for three weeks. The important things i learned during my internship were the work procedures being followed at both the departments along with acknowledging and adapting to the different organizational environments.
