概要


Process Engineer with experience in Feasibility studies, Conceptual/Pre-Feed Design, FEED/Basic/Preliminary design & Detailed engineering activities of Refinery, Petrochemical and Oil and Gas (Oil & Gas upstream facilities, Gas Processing Facilities, Gas Compression Plants).


Key Qualifications:


  • Process key document preparation for e.g. P&ID, PFD with H&MB.

  • Process simulations (using HYSYS, UNISIM),

  • Equipment sizing and rating/adequacy check (pumps, separators, tanks, towers, knockout drum, heat exchangers).

  • Calculations: Pumps & control valves, Evaporation Pond Sizing, Desalter PSV and blowdown, Instrument sizing calculations.

  • Equipment List, Line list, Line Sizing.

  • Preparation of philosophical documents such as operation and control, Vent & Drain, Tie-in, Isolation and shutdown philosophy etc. Preparation of Process design basis, process control documents like interlock description, cause and effect diagrams, Operational safeguarding narrative etc.,

  • Process datasheets for static and rotary Equipments (Vessels, Pumps, Towers, Tanks, Heat Exchangers etc.),

  • Conversant with following Engineering Softwares:Process Simulation Software Like Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus & Unisim,

  • Pipeline Hydraulics, Flash Calculations,

  • Ariel Compressor Selection for Various Applications.

  • Heat Exchanger Sizing by using HTRI & EDR,

  • Column Sizing by using SULCOL & KG Tower,

  • Control Valve Sizing by using FISHER,

  • PSV Sizing by using Size Master,

  • Familiar to well-known engineering codes and standards like API 520, API 521, API 610, API 660, API 661, API 650, API 560, API 2001, GPSA, TEMA, SHELL DEP, standards and Design Practices.

Key Responsibilities:
My responsibilities were to update Process Design Basis, to develop Process Flow Diagrams PFDs (Construction & Demolition), Interface P&IDs (Construction & Demolition) as per new Vendor package (New Compressor & Turbine System, Lube Oil System, Seal Gas System), Interconnecting Tie-in P&IDs (Construction & Demolition) for all process, utility, flare, vent and drain lines connected to new Vendor package, Attended HAZOP & SIL Studies by Vendor and updated deliverables as per HAZOP recommendations, Line List, Anti-Surge Valve Sizing Calculations, Interface P&IDs review meeting
