• Responsible for all the aspects related Quality Assurance and Quality Control for the projects.
• Review and recommend comments on submitted project quality plan of the Main/Sub contractors in accordance with the organizational Quality plan.
• Manage the QA/QC team for the inspection and test plan (ITP).
• Lead erection of pre-fabrication structures for media house studio building.
• Collection of QA/QC project documents including Material Submittals, Material testing reports, work schedules, Project Drawings, change orders, any issued addendum, Non-compliance and progress reports.
• Develop method statements for the activities including risk assessment, Health safety environmental analysis, Inspection and test plans and checklists based on Project technical specifications.
• Perform internal and external audit of the execution sites in regards with Quality management plans.
• Monitoring of Health safety environment in accordance with approved HSE plans.
• Final review of QA/QC reports including quality issues and its remedies, progress reviews, material quality reports and issued NCR before submitting to Head of QA/QC department.
• Coordinate with Manager Execution and contractor\'s construction manager on all quality issues and NCRs.
• Issue rectification plans and ensure compliance in accordance with technical drawings and specifications.
• Lesioning between all project stakeholders to ensure hurdle less execution works.
• Responsible for reviewing and approval of shop drawings, material submittals, work plans, pre-qualifications and final quotations of different vendors.
• Establishing QA/QC KPIs and ensure adherence to all quality procedures of testing and site inspections.
• Ensure rectification of all Quality and final punch list issues before handing over.

• Liaising and coordination meetings with project stakeholders for the joint visits and to accumulate project history.
