Got promoted to assistant electrician from the trainee electrician.
 Worked on miscellaneous equipment including 1000 hp, 100 hp , Vibrating motors,
Submersible pumps, HMI (Human Machine Interface), PLC, Pneumatic controls.
 Worked on the Caterpillar Generators.
 Worked on the Air Compressors.
 Monitored and implemented safety procedures (JSA, STOP cards, Lock-out, Tag-out, etc.)
 Started working on the preventive maintenance on all AC/DC power equipment.
 Diagnosed and performed troubleshooting on various rig circuitry systems.
 Performed miscellaneous rig maintenance requests as requested by the supervisor.
 Completed basic safety courses with the HSE advisor.
 Assisted in Rig-Up/Rig-Down during relocation of the rig.
 Due to the Rig move learned the following things:
o General Connection and Disconnection.
o Connection of Draw Works.
o Repairing and Connections of Shale Shaker.
o Connection of Mud Pumps.
o Connection of Agitators.
o Lining of Generators.
o General Connection In Mud Tank Areas

Worked as a Trainee Electrician in KCA Deutag.
 Achieved the basic understanding of the electrical equipment used at the rig.
 Did some maintenance on the main electrical equipment of the Rig i.e. TDS, Mud Pumps,
Agitators etc. So by this learned a lot about their operations as sometimes for the fault
tracing had to go through their electrical drawings.
 The basic working of the Bentec SCR (Silicon Controlled Rectifier). How to operate it.
 Found training experience to work on SAP software for the Electrical department.
 Did many maintenance jobs.

Successfully completed 6 weeks internship at PTCL various departments.
