2. Determines engineering requirements by conducting inspections and analytical tests; analyzing and synthesizing data; maintaining control charts; determining root causes; preparing bid specifications
3. Resolves engineering problems by collecting, evaluating components, materials
4. Developing specifications of Modification and safety standards
5. Meets cost standards by preparing cost-benefit analyses; tracking and reporting expenses
6. Keeps supplies ready by inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt
7. Provide technical support, project and schedule guidance and performance evaluations for assigned personnel

1. Project Capex development and monitoring of projects in term of budget and schedule
2. Coordination with central engineering team & Finance to finalize Yearly CAPEX Plans
3. Ensuring timely approval of Capital Proposals and subsequent cash flows
4. Preparing ARs documents for all upcoming expansions
5. Leading, Planning, Coordinating and executing the Capital Investment related Projects
6. Main accountability is the Monitoring, control and timely completion of Capital Investment related Project and delivery as per committed targets (Scope, Time, and Cost)
7. Project comprises of installation of Dairy/Juice filling machine, Powder plant, Infrastructure and Utilities
8. Coordination with Finance & Contracts, Imports, Vendors & Project team for project estimates, material ordering (LC, PO) and delivery of Machines
9. Develop Project specifications with technical Scope of Work
10. Preparing BOQs for relevant projects
11. Prepare total project plan of execution for management, contractors and project controlling
12. Getting necessary approvals for the AR and budget from the management
13. Planning involves Project Resource, Contracting & Procurement, Finances, Quality and Safety of assigned projects
14. Defining Project Timelines using MS Project, Reviewing Plans and Engineering Drawings for associated projects
15. Identify resources required to execute the job as per Plan
16. Progress monitoring of the job & generating comparisons of planned Vs actual progress.
17. Identify delayed jobs in the light of comparison sheets, discuss the scenario with the execution personnel & ensures the work be executed as per schedule.
18. Progress reports for the day and the overall projects
19. Study the job scope & problems of related equipment; prepare the strategy to execute the job. Visit the job site & make method statement keeping in view all job hazards
