Managing the Recruitment Process:
- Vacant Position analysis, Job Analysis, Selecting efficient recruitment tools, Posting the job Adds, Screening & Shortlisting the CVs and Scheduling the Interviews.
Issuing employment letter/contracts after finalization of candidates and also terms and conditions.
Working on Payroll Management:
- Breakup of salary, Managing the Attendance, Leaves, Advance, Loan, Arrears, Deduction and Overtime.
Fully Working on PESSI, EOBI & Labor department related matters.
Preparing the Notices about administrative affairs, and new policies.
Addressing the Employees’ Grievances.
Participating in setting the department budget through identifying expected expenses.
Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, special events, seminars, conferences and other activities.
Creating, updating, and maintaining records and databases
Maintain the safe and secure working environment
Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques
Control Janitorial Staff.
Review and approval of the stationery requisition form after analytic of whether the need is genuine
Developing Admin work plan, assigning work activities,, projects and programs, monitoring work flow, reviewing and evaluating work method and procedures.
Routine coordination of HR activities.
Maintain and regularly updating master database (Personal Files, Personal Database etc.) of each employee.
Maintain duty roasters of support staff (Gardeners/Drivers/Office boys/Painters/Security/CCTV etc.
Day to day maintenance of premises (i.e. Construction / Wood / Glass work) etc.
Renewal of various agreements/Licenses etc. (i.e. Rent/Mess/Janitorial Services/Transport/Weapons etc.
Handle Govt. departments(Local dept. Health &Enviornment,Police,WAPDA)etc.
Official vehicles timely repair & maintenance from approved / recommended workshops.
Assisted with quarterly audit preparation and closing reports.
Prepares or checks invoices, requisitions and other documents for processing.
Maintains customer confidence & protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
Process journal entries and perform accounting corrections to ensure accurate records.
Perform clerical duties such as sorting mail, filing and type a variety of documents, reports & records.
Maintain monthly salary record, customer ledger and managing all office accounts.
Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursement.
Receivables and payables reconciliation and to prepare monthly bank reconciliation statement.
Managing monthly aging of receivables for monitoring of cash flow and payments to vendors by
aging.
Maintain regular contact with other departments to obtain and convey information or to correct
transaction.
Prepare all the cheques and disbursement of salary to staff and Passing journal entries in the software
and other accounting activity etc.
Work with partners for logistics, payments and vendors for procurement.
Ability to can sales billing or Invoices & also can make purchase invoices through proper procedure.
Handling all official and unofficial bank accounts of the company and also maintains company
ledger as per bank statement on daily basis.
Handling cash in hand and petty cash on daily basis with proper records keeping.
Performs miscellaneous job related duties as assigned and assist in audit activities.
Process invoices and payments such as employee salary, office rent, office utility bills and advances and keeping record as per Sops.
