I have worked with World Learning as a School Support Associate on Pakistan Reading Project for the Period from 03-05-2016 to 31-12-2016.
I facilitated in- service professional development activities in the UC/Tehsil/District that include face -to- face trainings,follow-ups and roll out of TIG activities.
I supported teachers in implementing newly learned concepts and skills through regular follow-up support visits to school.
I assisted District Program Manager in maintaining administrative ,attractive and logistic issue for a smooth implementation of program activities in the district.
I assisted District Program Manager in developing monthly cash projection against program activities.
i ensured proper record keeping of the TIG meetings ,follow-up visits,and teacher observation tolls and reporting those to the district office accordingly.
I assisted the district, provincial and national officers in undertaking monitoring and data collection tasks.
I provided updated contents,and first level support to tablet users about tablet and multimedia content.

I have worked as School Support Associate with World Learning Pakistan Reading Project.
I facilitated in-service professional development activities in the UC /Tehsil/District that include face -face training,follow-ups and roll out of TIG activities.
I worked in close collaboration with teachers,head teacher and concerned education officers in preparing and implementing school/union/tehsil based reading improvement plans and strategies.

Teaching
I have worked in The Faran Model High School & College Mirpur, AJK as a teacher W.e.f 07-01-2014 to 03-02-2016.
I used different methodology like lecture,traditional,5 E cycle, collaborative methods.
I used different techniques like individual,group and pair work also.
I tried to use all things which i learned in ADE.
I have successfully participated in 6 days Quran Understand course by "AFAQ" at Faran Model High School & College Mirpur ,AJK and showed wonderful progress, W.e.f 24th to 29th December 2014.
