Management of project based technical procurement (with FY 22-23 budget of PKR 39 Bn) via both local and foreign purchase through multiple bidding procedures under strict compliance of “Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA)”.
Preparation/Review, analysis with respect to statement of requirements and terms of reference & subsequent approval of Purchase Requisitions.
Development of effective sourcing strategies for cost efficiency.
Preparation and verification of RFQs and tender documents in line with user\'s requirements, company\'s policies and SOPs.
Liaison with stakeholders regarding material specifications, commercial terms, deliverables and avenues for cost efficiency to maximize value.
Co-ordination for press tenders\' publication & arrangement of timely bids opening with bid opening committee.
Co-ordination with end users for technical assessment of submitted bids.
Negotiations with suppliers to secure favourable terms & conditions.
Preparation of landed cost & evaluation of price preference via SRO 827(i).
Preparation of comparative statements & evaluation reports, picking most advantageous bidder followed by approvals from purchase committee.
Timely creation and issuance of Purchase Orders after seeking approvals.
Integration with end users for timely execution of projects, reporting project’s procurement status & lead times through MIS.
Familiarization with import procedures including LC establishment & amendments; coordination with banks, freight forwarders & custom agents and cross checking & process payments for freight & duties etc.
Synchronization with; end user for supplier performance, stores for receiving note, suppliers for timely delivery, invoice submission & liquidation damages and finance for timely payments. 

Custodian of smooth, efficient & incessant gas supply through 700 KM Pipeline network, comprising of 16 Point of Delivery Stations (from gas fields), 24 Valve Assemblies, 23 Sales Metering Stations & Liquid Handling Facility constituting 550 MMCFD gas flow.
Preventive maintenance of valves, filter separators, scrubbers, pig launchers & receivers, pressure gages etc.
Alignment & supervision of all project activities pertaining to construction & rehabilitation of carbon steel and polyethylene pipelines.
Construction of Town Border, Pressure Reducing & Customer Metering Stations and supervision of welding jobs.
Modification & upgradation of distribution pipelines for segregation of new zones.
Co-ordination with stakeholders and expedition of project activities.
Strict compliance of Integrated Management System (IMS) procedures along with HSE protocols & controls.
Supervision & management of 13 members team in daily tasks.
