Duties & Responsibilities:
• Chairperson of Purchase Committee for Planning & Development Directorate
• To manage the estates of both campuses of the university
• To prepare and control the inventories of physical assets and existing facilities of the university
• To supervise the land transfer matters for the land essentially required for Campus-II
• To coordinate with university’s Legal Officer regarding any litigation matters pertaining to land acquisition and transfer
• To conduct inspection and surveys of both the campuses and identify the issues needed to be addressed
• To supervise and control the plumbing staff and respond to any issues pertaining to water-supply or plumbing
