• Owning responsibility for the development, execution, and performance of all programs designed to increase presence in the Market. • Monitor and improve processes to link all Marketing activities with the activities of the Sales team
• Planning and implementing the design of the promotional materials and maintains contacts with the Key Accounts in order to supervise all promotional activities.

• Analysing daily and weekly sales report of the Merchandisers and ensuring to inspire them to achieve their monthly targets.
• Preparing Monthly Attendance report and Incentive sheet of the merchandisers for the payroll
• Weekly visits to the Dealer channel in Manama and upcountry locations. • Ensuring the Products are widely distributed and available through Dealer channel to the consumer in all geographies.
