Recruitment/Selection:
o Involved in complete recruiting life cycle till onboarding.

o Planning and structuring of job advertisements on job portals.
o Conducting Drives, Walk-ins, entrance test and personal interviews.
o Arranging for technical panels and coordinating at all levels of Interviews.

o Preparing and maintaining various MIS Reports like Tracker sheet, requirement and offer reports, to be sent to delivery heads and top management.

Employee Guiding on Policy matters:

Employee Dispute resolution matters

Employee Separations & Final Settlements:
o Shoot out separation email to all HOD’s and concerned departments if the separation/termination will be made on immediate basis and perform necessary action.
o Conducted exit interviews and also sending and sending the Exit interviews analysis report to Head office on weekly basis.
o Ensuring Final Settlements including experience letters and service orders are handing over to the ex-employees
HR - Selection Team:
o Arranging interviews and coordination on daily basis.
o Worked in the best interest of GEO by utilizing negotiation skills and prepared offer appointment letters for potential candidates.
o Perform Reference Checks & Prepare Regret Letters
o Receiving and scrutinizing the employee's necessary documents at the time of their joining.
HR - Recruitment Team:

o Cv's Analysis and Short listing CV'S by criteria.
o Maintain daily Interview feedback report
o Advertising jobs through various medium, including the corporate website and social media website.
