Partly-Qualified CMA and Masters in Commerce, fresher with sound knowledge of accounting and related laws; tendency to thrive in changing environments; highly ethical, quick learner, responsible; able to work in teams and under high pressure, so as to solve problems efficiently and achieve the goals.
Prepare and review billing and/or other related documentation for completeness and compliance with financial policies, procedures and contractual requirements;
Obtain appropriate supporting documentation and approvals for processing of payment or invoicing as required; perform calculations to determine appropriate processing schedules and amounts, and make modifications as necessary;
Evaluating the impact of Withholding / Value Added Taxes on the pricing of projects for different countries;
Communicate and promote strong collaborative relationships with the Project Managers, Sales Team, Carriers and any other departments/contacts across the region.
Research and resolve or initiate the resolution process for disputed, and or past due invoices.
Keep management apprised of unusual or non-standard issues and escalating when appropriate
Conduct Account Research and Analysis.
Maintain complete, accurate and updated records of collection activity and account reconciliations; perform month-end closing of the A/R related accounts.
Compiling, analyzing & reporting on weekly and monthly basis regarding cash collection, account analysis, and revenue status to the Management
Ad hoc reports on customers’ balances and customer deductions to Sales Managers or Management
○ Preparation and Finalization of Trading, Profit & Loss Accounts and Balance Sheet of different Limited Companies;
○ Fixation of Remuneration & Salaries of Directors and employees of the Companies;
○ Computation of Income Tax of Directors & employees of different companies;
○ Preparation and filing of Monthly Statements of Income Tax to the Tax
authorities - FBR;
○ Preparation and filing of Statutory Forms under different sections in accordance with the requirements of Companies Act, 2017, for election of directors and CEO, change or retirement of Directors or CEO, and other requirements as desired by client companies.
○ Responding to competent authorities via letters and emails, i.e: SECP & FBR under guidance of Principal Officer of the firm.
○ Attends client strategy meetings and works closely with Team Lead to discover, organize and articulate the client’s story.
○ Writes, schedules, and posts content online; maintains company web pages
and blogs;
○ Keeps up-to-date with best practices in writing for the web, web usability,
web design, and business trends;
○ Helps plan and implement social marketing campaigns for specific
marketing goals;
○ Coordinates with Web Developers/IT staff to assess any technical challenges in
displaying the content.
