This letter is in regards to the job posting of school Head, The City School Islamabad on Rozee roti PK. I believe I have the required experience and exposure in multi-functional areas including Administration, Human Resource, professional development and curriculum design.
I am currently working as regional head at St. Peters High School. I am heading two campuses in Clifton and Gulshan e Iqbal. The duties that I perform here include,
Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
Hiring, training, evaluating employees, forecasting workforce and taking corrective action when necessary.
Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
Presented timely performance presentations to the management by monitoring all the flaws and strong areas in staff performance and also ways to improve them.
Moreover, before working as a regional head, I have worked as a regional director at Eclat school system and before that I worked as school principal in various schools. I usually worked with the schools to strategically plan educational initiatives for both quality assurance and international educational standard
