Statutory audits which include analysis and reviews of financial statements including cash flow statements of various industry clients. Scope of work, interalia, included ensuring compliance with management policies, identification of weaknessesin the system for potential risks and examining financial statements to ensure compliance with National and International Reporting Frameworks, primarily comprising of International Financial Reporting Standards(IFRSs).
Compilation of financial statements in compliance with IFRSs as applicable in Pakistan and Companies Act 2017 while assessing various areas of financialstatementssuch as employee benefits, taxation, foreign currency transactions etc
Compliance with applicable statutory legislatures including The Companies Ordinance 1984, Code of Corporate Governance, Income Tax Ordinance 2001 etc.

Responsibility to prepare annual Financials Statements.
Preparing bank position and reconcile them with bank ledgers on daily basis.
To provide and interpreting financial information.
Conducting internal audit as per management requirements.
To monitor and interpreting working capital including cash flows and predicting future trends.
 Implementing new internal  controls  and  improving  previous  control  as  per requirements.
To conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
To manage financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems.
To develop external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers and statutory organisations such as the Inland Revenue.
To produce accurate financial reports to specific deadlines.

To arrange new sources of finance for company\'s.
To ensure appropriate accounting policies, process and record of the entity.
To manage budget & ensure its implementation & compliance.
Finalizing budget of all departments expenses as per funds and needs.
Training new team members according to their K.P.I,s.
Overdue follow up with corporate parties and make sure maximum payment must clear in given credit days.
