We intend to introduce delicious flavoured bread in the market. This will be one of its kinds because of the added flavours we want to ensure that customers enjoy the delicate taste and flavour of the finest fruit of nature. No artificial colour and no artificial flavour is our motto! Our decision to launch flavoured bread in market is to have the first mover advantage in the market. The possibility of growth in this market is realistically huge. Market trends are skewing more and more toward artificial preservatives and artificial flavours; we meet this need as well. We have no direct competition. The founders of the company possess different personality traits thus each will have its own impact on the company. There are not many competitors in this market and we plan to capitalize on that, although we have indirect competitors we believe by establishing a proper framework and strong position in the market. We will need it for land, acquiring machinery, building, Raw material, production supplies, building of facilities, recruiting employees etc. We will use traditional marketing methods primarily to promote our product. It will be better to put up bill boards at busy and prime locations. We can market it using the benefits of figs and the nutrition benefits of flavoured bread. The founder of this company are the group members. This was the idea of a general discussion which took between these partners, and they realized that there is an untouched portion of market, which is yet to be tapped.
