• Coordinate HSE activities on site with HSE inspectors and workers and report all the activities to HSE Manager.
• Ensure that all safety measures included in the Project HSE Plan have been implemented.
• Ensure that the safe working procedures and emergency procedures have been implemented and all personnel are trained and prepared to meet challenges in all emergency operations.
• Emergency drills are planned and conducted on regular base.
• Participates in the Accident/Incident investigations & prepare relevant reports.
• Monitor on site work; ensure its implemented on site.
• Promote and conduct with senior personal periodical safety meetings i.e. a. Tool Box Meetings. b. Pre-tour Meetings, c. Weekly Safety Meetings, Monthly Safety Meeting.
• Monitor and enforce safety and environmental requirements of all sub-contractors.
• Coordinate and ensure that the Daily Inspections are performed.
• Attend the client safety meetings.
• Provide information, instruction and/or training to personnel.
• Arrange personnel for the scheduled training from the Training Centre.
• Report on daily, weekly and monthly basis to the HSE Manager on health and safety issues.
