Job Responsibilities:
Motivating staff towards a positive EHS culture, improving EHS performance, enhancing management and staff’s involvement in EHS, promoting Risk management and making distinction between safe and unsafe behavior.
Analyzing incident statistics and trends, identifying issues and recommending intervention plans to arrest any unhealthy trend as a basis for management decision-making in instituting effective incident prevention initiatives and programs
Ensuring The Development & Implementation of safety kaizens.
Development and implementation of M.O.C(Management Of Change), Hazardous energy program, Contractor Management System.
Development and implementation of M.E.S.S(Machinery Equipment Safety Standard).
Identification of unsafe act and condition & Their mitigation through safety Contacts & Connects.
Monitor site/field activities guiding employees in order to control unsafe acts and conditions through positive feedback and effective counseling.
Visiting to the site with working party and Safety Briefing about all Hazards in project site area.
Perform safety audits and inspections, carry out injury review for identification of pro-active and corrective measure to prevent accidents.
To investigate and report on all serious/critical personal Injury Accidents occurring to Employees and others to EHS Manager and to assist in the investigation of all Accidents/Incidents that result in substantial Damage to Property.
Analyzing safety data on the daily, weekly and monthly basis to meet the safety targets of the company.
Regular P.T.W Audits.
E.R.P implementation at site.
Ensure Inspection of Cranes & lifting equipment.
Weekly/Monthly inspection of Firefighting system including Fire extinguishers ,W.M.F.E, Fire Hydrant & sprinkler system on the site.
To promote EHS awareness among all the workforce at site through EHS training, bulletins, handout and flyers.
To coordinate the Workplace’s Emergency Procedur

I was responsible for department of Health, Safety and Environment(HSE) Scope of work.
Job Responsibilities
 Perform Hazard identification & risk assessment of project site.
 Making Daily Routine Inspection at Work area.
 Record the Near miss ,unsafe acts and unsafe practices.
 Report to Safety Manager regarding all accident, incident & near miss.
 Investigate all accidents, injuries, fires, property damage, and other safety related incidents, issues and ensures that recommended preventive measures are carried out.
 Perform Job Safety Analysis for both major and minor activities.
 Developing and implementing safe system of work.
 Hazardous area Classifications of the facilities as per relative standards.
 Checking periodically the Fire Extinguishers and First Aid Box.
 Conduct Fire Emergency Drill.
 Conduct Safety inductions and trainings through meetings, presentations and videos.
 Ensuring competent person for each activity.
 Ensuring person, equipment & material are safe for each activity.
 Conducting safety Toolbox talk .
 Induct new arrivals.
 Reviewing and monitoring PTW including LOTO, Isolations permits etc. and carrying out gas testing as and when required.
 Coordinating fire drills, emergency situations planning and Involved in HSEQ Management System included Hazard Identification and Risk Management.
 Preparation of startup and commissioning procedures for the plant startup.
