ASSISTAN MANAGER WAREHOUSE
Duties:
• Direct reporting to Manger Warehouse & logistics.
• Responsible to maintain & manage inventory of stock (Finished Goods) Candyland-Bisconni-Snackcity.
• Responsible for all records documentation correspondence regarding operations.
• Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
• Organizing quarterly stock count.
• Ensuring supplies for dispatches on FIFO.
• Scheduling employees, loading, truck drivers, arranging deliveries and mechanized equipment such as forklifts.
• Monitoring all warehouse activities to implement good warehousing practices.
• To implement and manage efficient systems to account for all incoming/outgoing finished goods.
• Safety & security as per SOP.
