Maintenance Engineer
Devise procedures for regularly schedule testing, maintenance, preventive maintenance and condition based maintenance of production lines/plants and packaging machines. Perform and troubleshoot Siemens PLC, including program uploading and downloading, Delta PLC, such as program uploading and downloading. Exercise hands on approach for PID controlling through PLC, and VFD interfacing with HMI & PLC. Conduct breakdowns analysis and in audit, ISO documentation.
Key Achievements:
• Ensured streamlined production lines of food products, packaging machines, including breakdown/preventive maintenance/corrective and worked as a leader of the shift which consists of six to seven individuals.
• Managed the electrical spare parts availability for all lines with minimum inventory cost by planning stock levels, ordering to suitable vendors and ensured follow up for purchasing cycle using SAP.
• Performed complete control of Motor using VFD, troubleshoot Star Delta circuits as well as forward reverse circuits. Controlled temperature through RTD module, interfacing with PLC, encoder interfacing.
• Performed many PLC controls on Omron and Delta PLC.
