MA- Manage and coordinate logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer service activities.

- Responsible for overseeing the inventory management process, defining strategies for appropriate inventory levels. Eliminating obsolete and off-spec material and reduce aging material

- Develop and maintain transportation system on domestic freight that ensures business needs are met.

- Manage document & data control system and ensure getting of proper documents from sales prior to dispatch

- Oversee and monitor availability of stock to reduce shortages

- Communicate freight transportation information to customers or suppliers, using transportation management, electronic logistics marketplace, or electronic freight information system to improve efficiency speed or quality of services
conduct regular shop visits to have a sense of market and sales dynamics, identify field staff issues

Keeping Model Store updated with active article/new samples while treating it as a prototype shop.
