Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations,
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data,
Assist in job postings and screening of resumes,
Coordinate with candidates and schedule interviews,
Performs other duties as assigned.
Internee
I joined SSGC as a internee for a month in corporate communication department where my job is to manage employee data, sending invitations to employees, preparing memos and summary, filing. Other than this we organized milad with our CSR head. I also attended meetings with different advertising agencies which showed me etiquette of corporate meetings. I also collected data from every department for distribution of magazine (FLAMES)
