• Direct, Optimize and coordinate full order cycle.
• Liaise and negotiate with key account, retailers and consumers.
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.
• Allocate and manage staff resources according to changing needs.
Maintain Sales on International SUN system, SAP (version 8.8.2 PL10) system & QuickBooks.
