I am an experienced Project Management Professional with a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering projects across multiple socio-political settings. With a career spanning Pakistan, Tanzania, and Nigeria, I have actively contributed to projects funded/outsourced by organizations such as Asian Development Bank, UNESCO, UNIDO, UNICEF, KOICA, NRC, GIZ, Oxfam, Nutrition International, ADSP, NAVTTC Pakistan, and numerous other local organizations. My extensive exposure to various development contexts has honed my ability to navigate unique challenges, foster local partnerships, and adopt strategies for optimal project outcomes. I am experienced in managing and coordinating projects in different sectors including education, health, and WASH, while addressing cross-cutting thematic areas such as vocational skills, gender and disability.
Currently, I am engaged in two projects titled Sihat Mand Khandaan (SMK) funded by UNFPA, and Foundation for Health and Empowerment (F4HE) funded by Global Affairs Canada (GAC). My key roles include,
Develop comprehensive Monitoring and Evaluation frameworks that align with organizational goals and objectives.
Design data collection tools, and systems to capture relevant information throughout the project lifecycle.
Oversee the implementation of data collection activities, ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and relevance of the data collected.
Analyze quantitative data to provide insights into project performance, identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
Regularly assess and report on the achievement of KPIs, providing feedback to project teams and leadership
Implement quality assurance processes to ensure the integrity and validity of monitoring and evaluation data.

Function in close collaboration with multi-lateral donors, INGOs, The World Bank, UNICEF, stakeholders, and government departments to implement projects and track the potential opportunities for partnerships. Conduct literature review in research-based projects to prepare research methodologies and data collection tools. Hold full accountability for creating and supervising budget for all projects. Build synergies with consultants to monitor projects, offer feedback on the progress of activities, and assure the quality of service delivery as per the work plan. Streamlined and supervised country office operations in Nigeria in accordance with legal and financial matters to ensure seamless and efficient work flow.
Set a benchmark of excellence by assessing and validating key information and using presentations/reports.

Organized data collection and analysis of projects related to research; conducted visits to project areas to provide feedback to partners and report outcomes to management and partnered with project consultants for feedback.
Facilitated the head PDCN in completing the EAC project, managing 3 districts of Gilgit Baltistan and producing annual report of the project as well as project management and M&E team in completing the tasks before the closure of the project.
Served as resource in all efforts to manage operations and participate in meetings and sessions with stakeholders at PDCN. Rendered a keen eye for details to maintain and record all necessary program documents in both hard and soft forms.
Key Accomplishments
Supervised and ensured the cleaning of data collected from 250+ schools and update on the MIS system of UNESCO.
Succeeded in examining two years (2019 and 2018) of enrollment trends and finalizing the project completion report.
Implemented monitoring, evaluation, and research activities at the regional and local basis of the KOICA project funded by UNESCO in Gilgit Baltistan to on-board the school children in 92 schools, with a special focus on girls’ enrollment at primary level.
Delivered full sterling support to PDCN and supervisor in generating monthly, quarterly, and annual progress report; oversaw all M&E activities in core project implementation, identified challenges and guided solutions to M&E manager and project supervisor. Recorded programs documents, such as M&E data reports, pre & post assessments, training data, enrollment data of 92 schools, school facilities, etc. in both hard and soft form. Helped in preparing training manuals and leading the trainings., Actively contributed in in-house faculty meetings, forums, policy base discussions, and meetings to develop instructional materials related to academic programs/projects.
Key Accomplishments
Steered field visits to assess data after saturation/verification and oversee ongoing activities and data of 92 schools in Astore and Khaplu districts of Gilgit Baltistan.
Formulated and updated project log frame as well as tracked and extracted results from key performance indicators.
Ensured the regular flow of data between stakeholders including, PDCN, Aga Khan Foundation, UNESCO and KOICA.
Accomplished multiple projects implemented across Pakistan; prepared project-based reports as per the agreed timelines as well as generated technical proposals and expression of interests to national and international organizations.
Prepared data collection tools, defined work plans for multiple projects, and executed quantitative data analysis through collaboration with the team lead. Interacted with government departments and institutions on different assignments to monitor and evaluate process of ongoing projects. Key Accomplishments
Played an integral role as a part of the Third-Party Evaluation of ‘The Prime Minister’s Youth Skills Development Programme (PMYSDP)’ sponsored by NAVTTC Pakistan in 2018 -2019.
Successfully conducted the process evaluation in Gilgit-Baltistan, Rawalpindi District, Islamabad Capital Territory and three districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Administered and executed the training programme of ‘Integrated Disease Surveillance Response System (IDSRS)’ in five districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) funded by the KP health department in 2017.
Worked in Empowerment Voice and Accountability for Better Health and Nutrition (EVA- BHN) funded by DFID with a primary focus on Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, and Child Health (RMNCH).
Assisted the development of course outline for different courses of MS project management department as per guidelines, office-based documentation as well as in coordination.
