Life of Mine  Objectives: Maximize Products by keeping Grade within Min-Max ranges, Relative Flat Material Movement Profile, Attempt to complete mining of a stage before opening up new stages, reducing digger movements
Mine development & Equipment Selection
Report writing, straight verbal and written communication with  mining engineers
Daily mine production and safety Meeting and reports, 
Operating kiln and supervision of kiln process.
