• Managed six cross functional teams, comprised of 101 employees in the areas of FATA/KP, Karachi and South Punjab. • Remotely managed and provided assistance to the teams in Karachi and South Punjab in order to smoothly perform their tasks within stipulated time. • Reviewed and submitted more than 60 reports on a monthly basis that included Engineering Assessments, Real time monitoring reports, Observation and FGD reports and final evaluation reports. • Worked closely with Survey Experts and Deputy Coordinators in review and finalization of M&E plans and weekly work plans. • Weekly follow up with concerned teams to ensure regularly data collection, verification and timely data entry in project’s online database. • Supervised database team by providing regular guidance in designing RDBMS (Relationship Database Mgt System) in order to meet the complex data extraction requirements of USAID/OTI. • Responded to staff training needs in order to overcome their deficiencies by providing sufficient guidance via arranging trainings on regular basis. • Coordinate and lead assigned schemes to be monitored, ensuring the timely completion of reports. • Provided input to the Chief Executive and Deputy Country Representative(DCR) of USAID/OTI regarding project progress, staff’s training needs and project progress updates respectively. • Kept active liaison with security manager and field staff to ward off any potential security threats and to ensure that preventive measures are well taken care of. • Organized, lead and facilitated project-related meetings and team building events. • Successfully closed out a three year project by designing a robust close out plan and handed over all required final deliverables to USAID/OTI
