My special interests include Food, nanotechnology, R D, commercialization of technologies and business development.
With a PhD degree in food sciences I have experience in the field of development of food regulatione for food authorities, developing rules of business for food authorities, training and module development. Food regulatory expertise are based on local and international regulations in the area of food, agriculture and livestock related food security issues.
