My responsibilities include:
Assistance of corporate and walk-in Customer,
Maintaining company's image by self and service point cleanliness,
Using various software's for booking, capturing relevant checkpoints and maintaining day to day reports
Performing daily business activities according to SOP's
Inter-departmental coordination to facilitate internal and external customer.
