Execution of procurement activities related to institutional & operational, incremental procurement for the organization. Collection and consolidation of results of accreditation evaluations from different departments and sharing final results with higher management, CEO and other internal and external stakeholders. Preparation of evaluation report of the accreditation process and signing off from the higher management. Preparation and update of Accreditation SOPs & manual for NDRMF.
As a trainer conducting FIPs trainings and capacity building sessions with regards to eligibility, procurement and general criteria of the accreditation of NDRMF.
Develop, monitor and implement need based Procurement Plan to implement Project ensuring timely completion of all procurement activities. Contribute to the development of the Annual Work Plan, ensuring alignment with project’s strategies, agreement on annual targets in the work plan with budgeting. Assist technical teams with development of generic and policy compliant TORs and specifications; as relevant. Carry the overall responsibility for all the Procurement functions at project level. Ensure compliance with legal requirements of project in procurement actions and submissions for engaging consultants, procuring goods and work requirements. Ensure compliance with various fiduciary controls, etc. as stated in the Procurement Operations Manual in the procurement process and propose improvement’s; if any. I am currently working in Ericsson Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd.as a Manager Commercial Contracts from Sales perspective. I am responsible for driving long term contracting strategy & contracts evaluation while ensuring international Standards for HSE compliance are taken care by the 3Ps and internal stakeholders. Accordingly, my NEBOSH certification is also in process to further enhance my knowledge in the field of HSE Compliance & implementation. Main focus areas of my assignment are executing deal specific contract strategies, strategy into proposals, drafting, negotiating and finalizing contracts. Ensuring contract Sign off and Handing over to the operations team in a proper manner by giving them contract briefings. In Post Award Contract phase drive contract governance & contract performance management is the key role. Therefore, I am responsible for contract finalization and Closure from all aspects and smooth payments in order to ensure contract management excellence. Main areas are NRO, CSI, SW supply, HW supply & logistics contracts, turnkey projects contracts execution.

In Mobilink I served as Manager Supply chain and Contracts (Direct Procurement) and was supervising team of five. My role was to liaison with different internal & external stake holders for carrying out projects for technical Department of the company. The job included preparing pre-bidding scope of work as advised by the end user departments, floating RFQs/ RFPs, TORs, receipt of quotations, negotiation with the vendors for discounts and the post bidding contract signing to the successful vendor. Supervision of Technical Procurement & contracts team to ensure drafting and execution of contracts pertaining to all services and recurring goods required by Mobilink’s technical division under my supervision.
