Duties:
• Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly progress report and actual Manpower Histogram.
• Weekly updation of project progress Schedule for Client on Primavera P6.
• Preparation of Variation orders (VO’s).
• Ensuring the work as per Planned Schedule in order to complete the project in time.
