Data Entry Officer
1. Maintain databas on daily basis in excel, MIS, or any other platform.
2. Share detailed and summarized reports on a daily , and weekly basis as per the donor requirement
3. In consultation with MEAL officer, develop reporting formats.
4. Data Entry/update regularly and updated information is provided to the management as end when required.
5. Ensure that the data is recorded and reported correctly in the prescribed formats and is submitted timely
6. Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
7. Prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry.
8. Validate the data reported by the field staff
9. Scan documents into dicument management system or databases.
10. Timely update data management tools for the project
11. Generate monthly and as-required reports from the database/MIS
12. Provide day-to-day guidance to field staff for quality data management and points out the gaps to concerned data collector and inform the management
13. Provide technical support to the project staff in quality data management
14. Conduct periodic data quality audits and other related assessments/review in coordination.
15. Keep track record of the beneficiaries identified, grants received, or rejected
16. Prepare graphics presentations for internal and external meetings
17. Any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor/Management.
