The Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Officer is responsible to implement a functional MEAL system at field level. The officer provides support to the programmes and operations departments in designing, monitoring and evaluating all projects’ interventions.
Collect monitoring, evaluation, research and learning data on REEDS project activities and learning initiatives covering different sectors (Vulnerability Verification; Food Security and Livelihoods; Water, Sanitation and Hygiene).
Manage casual workers, setting work plans and identifying resource needs.
Ensure tools are fit for purpose and appropriate to context through review and revision with line supervisor.
Conduct focus groups discussions and key informant interviews.
Communicate effectively with communities affected by REEDS visits through clear and respectful dialogue.
Collect analyses and present quantitative and qualitative data through written reports and dashboards.
Verify the quality of data through quality assurance protocol development and execution and triangulation of findings with primary and secondary data sources.
· Responsible for regular field monitoring of flood response interventions and producing monitoring reports on the given format.
· Support to implementing partners to establish and manage Complaint and Feedback Mechanism which facilitate beneficiaries/communities to register complaints and share feedback.
· Support the Tearfund partners, to maintain complaints and feedback tracking database and do follow up on complaints to reach a resolution involving relevant project/program staff;

· Support the implementing partners in planning and implementation of baseline surveys, monitoring and evaluation exercises, post distribution monitoring and impact assessments when needed;

Independent Program Monitoring On EPI (UNICEF), Sindh.
• Conduct frequent field visits following the approved travel plan, dedicating approximately 90% of working time to field activities.

Campaign Implementation
