 Responsible for collecting and preparing the necessary paperwork for various import activities.
 Handling Import documentation and managed all import related operations.
 Creating tracking reports, prepared and submit necessary document relating to import
 Freight charges and Clearance charges comparison.
 Daily Checking the Status of imported material and keep HOD updated on the status.
 Maintaining record of import all shipments.
 Preparing import bills of clearing agents or forwarders.
 Maintaining record of the Invoice, Performa Invoice and Import Orders.
 Preparing monthly expenses Report.
 Submission of EIF and Its documentation.
 Preparing Bank documents of Advance, Open or Nil accounts.
 E-mail / Internet Browsing.
